Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the official website of The Ceylon Ultrafine Mill (Pvt) Ltd.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only for eligible orders under our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Refunds may be approved in cases such as:
- Incorrect item delivered
- Damaged goods received
- Missing items
- Packaging defects
- Confirmed product quality issue
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product unavailable after payment
Refunds will not be approved for products that are opened, used, repacked, improperly stored, exposed to moisture, mishandled, or returned without proof of purchase.
Refund Approval Process
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by The Ceylon Ultrafine Mill (Pvt) Ltd.
We reserve the right to reject refund requests if the product does not meet our return and refund eligibility requirements.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method where possible.
The actual time taken for the refund to appear in the customer’s bank account, card, wallet, or payment account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
- Our error
- Incorrect delivery
- Damaged goods
- Missing items
- Confirmed product defect
If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, delivery charges and return delivery costs will not be refunded.
Replacements
If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to customer agreement.
Replacement approval will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the paid amount will be refunded through the original payment method where possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may request a return only under our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Product has been opened
- Product has been used
- Product has been repacked
- Product is not in original packaging
- Product was damaged after delivery
- Product was improperly stored
- Product was exposed to moisture
- Customer delayed reporting the issue
- Customer provided incorrect delivery details
- Customer changed their mind after dispatch and product is not eligible for return
