All products sold on our website are food products, including but not limited to:

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the paid amount will be refunded through the original payment method where possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. The customer may request a return only under our Return Policy.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy and Refund Policy.
Food products can only be returned if they meet the eligibility requirements mentioned in our Return Policy.
B2B and Wholesale Sales
B2B sales and wholesale deliveries will follow separate invoice and delivery note conditions.
For B2B customers, claims regarding quantity shortage, damaged goods, wrong items, packaging defects, or visible quality issues must be made in writing within 3 days from the delivery date.
Payment terms for B2B customers will be clearly mentioned on the invoice, normally within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
The Ceylon Ultrafine Mill (Pvt) Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased, subject to inspection and approval where applicable.
