Delivery Areas
We deliver to selected areas in Sri Lanka.
Delivery availability may depend on the customer’s location and courier service coverage. If delivery is not available to a particular area, we may contact the customer to arrange an alternative option or cancel and refund the order.
Delivery Time
Delivery time may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Order volume
- Product availability
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier delays
- Road conditions
- Other circumstances beyond our control
While we try our best to deliver orders on time, delivery dates and times are estimates and may be subject to change.
Customer Delivery Details
Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including:
- Full delivery address
- Correct contact number
- Name of recipient
- Any special delivery instructions, if required
The Ceylon Ultrafine Mill (Pvt) Ltd will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect address details or unreachable customers.
Checking Goods at Delivery
Customers are requested to check the package at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage, shortage, incorrect item, packaging defect, or visible quality issue must be reported to us within 3 days from the delivery date.
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Customer name
- Contact number
- Clear photos of the product/package
- Details of the issue
Return Eligibility
We may accept return requests within 7 days from the delivery date, only if the product is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Supported by proof of purchase
For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, repacked, or improperly stored food products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted for products that are:
- Opened
- Used
- Damaged after delivery
- Repacked
- Not in original packaging
- Improperly stored
- Exposed to moisture
- Mishandled by the customer
- Reported after the applicable claim period
Products damaged due to improper storage, moisture exposure, mishandling, or delay by the customer will not be accepted for return.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Claims regarding damaged goods, incorrect items, missing items, packaging defects, or visible quality issues must be reported within 3 days from the delivery date.
We may request photos, order details, and other supporting information to verify the claim.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.
Change of Mind Returns
Returns due to customer preference or change of mind may be accepted only if the product is eligible for return.
In such cases, the customer shall bear the return delivery cost.
Return Delivery Cost
If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return delivery cost.
If the return is due to our error, incorrect delivery, damaged goods, or a confirmed product defect, we may bear the return delivery cost or provide a suitable solution.
